Overview

As a Helpdesk Engineer at Welltech, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and providing excellent customer service.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Okta, MacOS, and MDM issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years in a technical support role focused on Google Workspace and MacOS.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Okta administration.
• Experience with MDM and troubleshooting web services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
