Overview

As a Brand Development Lead at Welltech, you will spearhead the testing and implementation of strategic and creative Brand Direction to accelerate Brand-led growth across the business.

• Lead the development of Audience Strategy & Playbook.
• Collaborate with Research, Creative, Product Design, and UX teams.
• Build a Brand Equity measurement model and testing framework.
• Implement Brand Positioning and Identity across teams.
• Coordinate audience and culture research monthly.
• Develop Messaging Playbook to optimize brand messaging.
• Design and manage Brand operating tools and processes.
• Lead a network of internal ambassadors for Brand Equity.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Experience in building equity-building strategies in the DTC space.
• Experience leading Brand Development projects.
• Track record of successful brand measurement programs.
• Experience beyond Marketing in Growth, Product, and Content.
• Proven track record of diversifying growth through Brand Development.
