The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) position is a development-focused role designed to prepare candidates for a leadership position at CVS, enhancing their career through structured training and hands-on experiences.

  • Participate in a 16-week training program to prepare for Store Manager role.

  • Support the store as a management team member.
  • Willingness to accept promotions within the designated market.
  • Ability to work a varying schedule based on business needs.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Requirements

  • Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Relevant work experience may substitute for a college degree.
  • Must be willing to transfer to other CVS locations.
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week.
