  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and lead a team effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and execute merchandising strategies.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules.
