Overview

The Senior Manager - Information Governance and Privacy Operations leads a team responsible for ensuring CVS Health adheres to best practices for handling confidential information.

In Short

  • Lead the Assurance function for the enterprise Privacy Office.
  • Drive strategy for information governance and privacy operations assurance.
  • Manage compliance program to operationalize legal obligations.
  • Engage cross-functional leaders to ensure compliance with data governance.
  • Oversee development of an annual Assurance plan.
  • Present results to senior leaders across various departments.
  • Provide consultation to Business Unit leaders.
  • Make recommendations on process or system changes.
  • Manage and motivate a team to drive solutions.
  • Analyze and identify non-compliant practices and activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Privacy and/or audit experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Strong knowledge of privacy, security, and data governance standards.
  • Decision-making and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize compliance-related work.
  • Team management skills.
  • Ability to make sound recommendations for compliance objectives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory approvals related to Aetna transaction.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA or IAPP preferred.
