In Short

• Lead the development and maintenance of core code for the Conversational AI suite of products.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to architect and execute solutions.
• Focus on building advanced AI solutions, including data curation and prompt engineering.
• Evaluate solution impacts on technical and business metrics.
• Communicate technical ideas to non-technical clients effectively.
• Utilize expertise in advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Document code effectively and use GitHub proficiently.
• Work with large data sets from multiple sources.
• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Ensure the enhancement of member experience and call center efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Python and SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with natural language processing and building data products.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques and analytics tools.
• Experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with GCP tools like BigQuery and BigTable.
• M.Sc. or equivalent work experience in relevant fields.
• Experience working on product operating models.
• Proficient use of GitHub for code documentation.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its business strategies.
