Overview

The Quality Practice Transformation Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the highest standards of practice performance and quality within our organization's network of healthcare providers. This position focuses on identifying areas for quality improvement and partnering with provider practices to implement strategies that enhance care delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in designing training programs.
  • Proficiency in data management tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Licensed Allied Health Professional or RN.
  • Preferred: Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
