The Lead Director, PCW People Partner role is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies within the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness division, supporting over 220K colleagues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 8-10 years in Human Resources or similar roles.
• Leadership experience is essential.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in strategy formulation and execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
