Overview

As the Manager of Network Relations at CVS Health, you will act as the primary resource for high-profile providers across multiple markets, ensuring positive relationships and addressing complex issues related to policies and procedures.

• Oversee relationships with assigned providers and groups.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in provider relations or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of business segment specific codes and products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field preferred.
• Experience with benefits and contract interpretation preferred.
