Overview

As a Team Leader in a highly visible role, you will lead a multi-functional team focused on the design, implementation, and maintenance of payment methodologies for Wellmark's network providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare administration or related fields.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in financial and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel (<5%) as needed.
• Experience with revenue cycle management is preferred.
• Formal leadership experience is a plus.
