Overview

The Team Leader for Provider Performance will lead a team responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations and stakeholders to improve performance and quality outcomes under Wellmark’s value-based payment programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years in health insurance or healthcare roles.
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Effective consultation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in value-based contracting preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
