This position involves conducting high-level systems analysis and implementing high-performing software solutions that support Wellmark’s business and technology applications.

In Short

Lead system development and guide the team in design, development, code testing, and debugging.
Drive adoption of best practices across various platforms.
Build relationships with Wellmark leaders and act as a consultant on business process improvements.
Support a diverse development resourcing model including global staffing and crowdsourcing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 2 years of software development experience.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in software development lifecycle methodologies.
Ability to communicate effectively and mentor team members.
Experience with AWS Lambda, Node.js, Angular, and API development preferred.
