Overview

As a Provider Network Contract Manager at Wellmark, you will drive initiatives that support the development, innovation, and maintenance of Wellmark's Health Care Network Contracting strategy, working closely with health care organizations and network providers.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in managed care or health care provider negotiation.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proactive self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with contract administration and compliance.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
