Overview

As a Health Services Quality Coach at Wellmark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and consistency in utilization and case management processes while supporting performance metrics through auditing and coaching.

• Audit clinical and non-clinical team members' work.

Requirements

• Active and Unrestricted RN license in Iowa or South Dakota.
• 4+ years of clinical or health services-related experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to establish positive relations with colleagues.
• Analytical skills for evaluating data and trends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful.
• Coaching and mentoring experience preferred.
• Interrater Reliability (IRR) certification is a plus.
