The Health Services Quality Coach plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and consistency within utilization management and case management processes, focusing on auditing and coaching team members to meet performance metrics.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active and Unrestricted RN license in Iowa or South Dakota.
• 4+ years of clinical or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to establish positive relations with colleagues.
• Analytical skills for evaluating data and trends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems.
• Interrater Reliability (IRR) certification is preferred.
