Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality within Customer Service environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis techniques.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with advanced Spanish as a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
