Overview

The Bilingual Supervisor, Real Estate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals for new McDonald's locations, focusing on continuous improvement of the real estate portfolio.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
• Experience in the Quick-Service-Restaurant (QSR) industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Eastern Canadian real estate.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual in French and English.
