Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Analytics Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, specializing in Operations, you will be the bridge between raw data and impactful business insights.

In Short

• Model and transform data from raw sources into clean, documented, and tested datasets.
• Build and maintain a semantic layer of KPIs and business logic.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to support reporting and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Maintain documentation and data lineage to ensure knowledge is preserved.
• Monitor data quality and implement testing frameworks.
• Contribute to data governance efforts.
• 3–5+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling principles.
• Experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to write clean, modular, testable code.
• Comfort working in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with BI tools and analytics engineering best practices is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for data automation.
