Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Analytics Engineer I to work closely with data scientists, software engineers, data engineers, and clinical leaders to produce deliverables for internal and external clients.

In Short

• Implement quality measures and risk adjustment models for datasets.
• Develop high quality data models for data analysts and stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance Risk Adjustment score calculator for Medicare Advantage.
• Build scalable data solutions and collaborate with analysts.
• Develop ELT pipelines and business intelligence dashboards.
• Acquire knowledge in healthcare operations and regulatory developments.
• Apply data quality checks to ensure accuracy of analytical products.
• Interface with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for SDLC.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud-computing platforms.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with database management systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
