Manager II, Investor Relations - Remote

Overview

The Manager II, Investor Relations (IR) will be a results-driven and dynamic individual experienced in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey company financial performance, strategic direction, and market position.

In Short

• Support the implementation of IR strategies and programs
• Partner and collaborate with various corporate teams
• Prepare earnings and other IR materials
• Perform analytical comparison of peer group reporting
• Monitor and assess market and sector dynamics
• Provide data and metrics-driven insights
• Track and manage analyst reports
• Support investor facing events
• Serve as a point of contact for all investor inquiries
• Anticipate investor concerns and needs

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
• At least 5 years of investor relations or related experience
• Proven track-record of building relationships with analysts and investors
• Hands-on experience in corporate and financial communications
• Ability to forge long-term trusted relationships
• Knowledge of Regulations FD, Sarbanes-Oxley law
• Strong leadership presence with communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to translate analytical data to non-technical professionals
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office
