Senior Manager, Investor Relations - Remote

Overview

In this key role, you will work closely with and support the CEO, CFO and other senior management to optimize the company’s interactions with investors and other stakeholders.

In Short

• Monitor and track market activity and industry trends.
• Support senior management with scheduling and coordinating investor interactions.
• Research and maintain knowledge of investor relations issues.
• Develop and manage a shareholder intelligence database.
• Monitor sell-side analyst research reports.
• Perform analysis for shareholder targeting.
• Work with Corporate Communications to manage investor communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations.
• Strong financial and investment analysis skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI.
• Ability to think strategically and work across the organization.
