Overview

This role involves being a key part of the People Team at Praxis, focusing on enhancing the employee experience through effective HR operations, talent development, and total rewards management.

• Coordinate core People Operations processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with 2-5 years of experience.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with screen work and office equipment.
