At Praxis, we turn neuroscience discoveries into treatments that improve patients’ lives. We’re looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality, impactful clinical studies worldwide.

In Short

• Lead clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee trial operations: regulatory submissions, site start-up, enrollment, and study reporting.
• Maintain inspection-ready trial master files (TMF).
• Manage study budgets, invoices, and contracts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (data management, safety, medical writing, supply, finance).
• Proactively identify risks and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong background in clinical trial management within a Sponsor or CRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions.
• Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with late-stage clinical trials or regulatory inspections preferred.
