Associate Director, Statistical Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Statistical Data Scientist will lead and execute the development, validation, and automation of analytical pipelines and statistical models that support metadata-driven clinical data processing, reporting, and regulatory submissions.

In Short

• Lead the design and development of R/Python code for analytical datasets.
• Translate SAPs and metadata specifications into executable code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or Data Science.
• 8+ years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience with R and/or Python.
• Understanding of CDISC ADaM and SDTM data structures.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Excellent documentation and validation practices.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.
