• Build a world-class investor relations program.
• Engage with investors and analysts to communicate financial performance.

• Oversee the IR portion of the company’s website.
• Develop strategy for investor relations function.
• Manage the Investor Relations team budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in investor relations or related fields.
• Experience with high-growth, publicly traded technology companies preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills and understanding of valuation techniques.
• Knowledge of SEC disclosure rules and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
