Overview

The Clinical Solutions Architect (CSA) Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales organization by providing expert knowledge on Baxter’s Care Communications product portfolio, which includes various clinical technology systems.

In Short

• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Sales team.
• Assist with customer communication and presentations.
• Generate Architecture Diagrams, Quotes, and Statements of Work.
• Capture customer scoping information based on requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical certification from Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, or ISC2.
• Minimum 5 years in a sales engineer or related role.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical technology systems.
• IT and new technology installation experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
