The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first touchpoint for potential customers, playing a crucial role in the sales success by identifying and qualifying high-quality leads.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify potential customers to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Initial contact with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) based on defined sales criteria.
  • Responsible for the quality of SQLs, measured by resulting offers.
  • Timely follow-up on leads within defined processing windows.
  • Maintain and report all relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Independently prioritize leads based on relevance and potential.
  • Application and further development of sales strategies and tools.
  • Close cooperation with marketing and campaign management.

Requirements

  • Structured and efficient working style to systematically handle large volumes of leads.
  • Solid know-how in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to reflect on and optimize own conversations.
  • Strong communication skills, eloquent presence, and a positive, proactive mindset.
  • High willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development.
