Requirements

• 4+ years of experience sourcing for sales roles.
• Proficient in running outbound sourcing campaigns.
• Experience in screening candidates and presenting talent to hiring managers.
• Ability to balance inbound volume with proactive engagement.
• Strong adaptability and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and openness to growth in emerging technologies.
