• 5+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong LinkedIn presence and understanding of branding.
• Passion for sourcing and ability to screen when needed.
• Experience in cracking hard searches.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Metrics-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
• Ability to handle the ups and downs of sourcing.
