Overview

This position is for a Junior Sourcer at an international staffing agency, responsible for supporting the Sourcing and Recruiting teams in managing candidate pipelines and creating job descriptions.

In Short

• Screen large volumes of candidate applications daily.
• Identify top candidates and update Ashby with notes and statuses.
• Manage candidate communication to collect missing information.
• Maintain clean and organized talent pipelines.
• Collaborate to write clear and engaging job descriptions.
• Create and update application forms in Ashby.
• Flag role misalignments or sourcing challenges.
• Work with the Sourcing Manager and Recruiters to keep hiring priorities on track.
• Utilize tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Support sourcing operations by keeping job postings accurate.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS or CRM system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage pipelines.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner.
• Organized and proactive in managing tasks.
