Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience in talent sourcing for BPO, Tech, Sales roles.
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Work-from-home setup with own PC/laptop and stable internet.
