• Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for aerospace-related positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, databases, and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for aerospace roles.
• Engage with candidates to introduce job opportunities and assess fit.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and industry trends.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates for future roles.
• Track candidate interactions in applicant tracking systems.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in aerospace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sourcing or recruiting in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with aerospace-specific roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong online sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
