As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn).
• Experience in talent sourcing for BPO, Tech, Sales, and Business Development roles.
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Ability to effectively present job opportunities and engage candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
