Lead Product Manager, Business Systems - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Business Systems Product Manager with deep expertise in Financial Systems to own the strategy, development, and optimization of our finance technology ecosystem. This role is a key partner to Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams, ensuring our systems not only meet today’s needs but are built to scale with the business.

In Short

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a suite of financial systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or optimizations.
• Ensure seamless integration across various platforms.
• Conduct discovery to identify pain points and optimization opportunities.
• Lead complex system implementations and enhancements.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce Billing and ERP platforms.
• Act as a financial systems subject matter expert.
• Coach and mentor others on the business systems product team.
• Define and prioritize requirements in partnership with multiple teams.
• Continuously evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or business systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting.
• Extensive experience managing ERP platforms.
• Proven track record of overseeing financial system integrations.
• Strong analytical thinker with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit standards.
