Step into the world of Private Banking with us! As a front office representative, you'll handle client queries via phone and email, addressing a variety of needs such as payments, account set ups and online assistance.

In Short

• Be the trusted point of contact for clients, supporting their everyday banking needs.
• Deliver a seamless experience by accurately executing client instructions and managing transactions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth banking operations.
• Work 37.5 hours per week, from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
• Initial six months fully onsite for training, then flexible schedule with two days per week working remotely.
• Experience in a client facing, transactional banking role required.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Supportive team with hands-on coaching and help.
