Wealthsimple is on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom by reimagining financial services. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to expand our Active Trader client base and manage ongoing client relationships.

In Short

• Work the entire sales cycle for Active Trader clients.
• Nurture and educate new leads to convert them into clients.
• Increase engagement with existing clients and reduce attrition.
• Sell using a needs-based approach to uncover client needs.
• Identify and capture cross-sell opportunities.
• Create targeted lists of prospects.
• Provide feedback to leadership on product offerings.
• Achieve sales quotas and productivity KPIs.
• Support team members as needed.

Requirements

• Deep desire to help clients improve their wellbeing.
• Curious and eager to understand client needs.
• Expertise in the active trader client segment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Goal-oriented with experience in meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills for discovery calls.
• Process-oriented to manage sales pipeline effectively.
• Resourceful and creative in solutioning.
• 3 - 5 years in sales or relationship management.
• 1 - 3 years in financial services or personal investing.
