Business Analyst, Growth (Promotions & Incentives) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is equal parts data explorer, strategic thinker, and growth partner. In this role, you'll be responsible for turning complex datasets into actionable insights that guide our marketing and incentive strategies.

In Short

• Partnering with Data Science and Engineering to build and refine models.
• Leading analysis on promotional campaigns including A/B testing.
• Acting as the Growth team’s data voice in cross-functional meetings.
• Delivering clear, actionable recommendations based on data.
• Improving team processes, documentation, and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing analytics.
• Proficient in SQL with experience using BI platforms.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving insights.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Strong business storytelling and communication skills.
