• Administer and maintain Jira instance including user management and workflows.
• Design and implement customized Jira projects and dashboards.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate to evaluate and deploy Marketplace apps.
• Plan and execute data migrations during upgrades.
• Generate customized reports for leadership.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level Jira administration.
• Strong technical proficiency in workflow design and JQL.
• Atlassian certifications preferred.
