Wealthsimple is on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom by reimagining what it means to manage your money. We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Options clearing team, responsible for managing options life cycle and ensuring operational efficiency.

In Short

• Key member of the Options clearing team responsible for life cycle management.
• Execute operational activities related to options reconciliations and settlements.
• Ensure accuracy of client records.
• Own critical trade and position reconciliations.
• Be a subject matter expert on options clearing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation differences.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Develop processes to improve back-office operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience at a broker-dealer handling reconciliations.
• Passionate about fintech and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent people skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Availability for early and late rotating shifts.
• Curious and proactive problem-solver.
• Industry courses (CSC, DFOL) are a plus.
• Familiarity with programming, especially SQL, is beneficial.
