We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in paywall operations and talent support to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In Short

• Daily search and vetting of creators (goal: 100 prospects/day).
• Evaluate profiles and fit for our paywall services.
• Build and maintain prospect lists.
• Help onboard new talent into the system.
• Collect branding assets and preferences from clients.
• Assist with platform setup and navigation structure (e.g., Mighty Networks).
• Migrate and format existing content (e.g., recipes, newsletters).
• Create and manage visual assets (basic graphic tools, a plus).
• Moderate and maintain paywall platforms.
• Post content in the creator’s voice.

Requirements

• Experience in virtual assistance and paywall operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (IG, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to create and manage content effectively.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing principles.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
