In Short

• Assist in enforcing court judgments by handling legal documentation, filings, and follow-ups.
• Draft and file court documents, writs of execution, and other necessary paperwork related to collections and small claims cases.
• Conduct legal research to support judgment enforcement and collections processes.
• Manage online court filings and document submissions in various states.
• Coordinate with attorneys, courts, and relevant parties regarding legal proceedings.
• Provide additional support with administrative tasks as needed (approx. 20% of the role).

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
