Service Design Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Service Design Specialist will analyze data and feedback to develop solutions that ensure contractual KPIs are met, supporting quality and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employment/vocational services.
• Experience managing government-funded contracts.
• Knowledge of community service operations and quality assurance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex contractual documents.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office and Adobe skills.
• Flexibility for travel as required.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.
• Bilingual in French and English preferred.
