The Rehabilitation Service Professional Vocational Team Lead (RSP-Voc TL) is responsible for supporting the RSP Vocational Team Manager and completing vocational assessments, ensuring quality assurance and leadership within the team.

Requirements

• Must hold a relevant vocational rehabilitation designation
• Minimum of three years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation services
• Experience in conducting assessments related to rehabilitation
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Leadership experience in a team environment
• Ability to obtain federal security clearance
• Bilingual (French/English) required
