Overview

The Bilingual Team Leader of Professional Rehabilitation Services (RSP-Voc TL) is responsible for supporting the Team Leader in quality assurance activities and leadership for the RSP-Voc team, and conducting professional assessments on a reduced case load.

Requirements

• Must hold a relevant professional designation (e.g., CVRP)
• Minimum three years of experience in direct rehabilitation services
• Experience in conducting medical and psychosocial assessments
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Leadership experience in service delivery improvement initiatives
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual (French/English) required
• Ability to obtain a federal security clearance
