Overview

As a Professional Services Team Lead & Project Manager at Urbantz, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects while also overseeing and mentoring our Professional Services team.

In Short

• Lead a team of Customer Project Managers and Solution Architects.
• Define and maintain implementation methodology and best practices.
• Ensure resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
• Oversee project quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage complex implementation projects as a single point of contact.
• Coordinate between client teams and Urbantz resources.
• Track project progress and handle risk management.
• Drive successful delivery and handover to the Customer Success Team.
• Fluent in English and near-native French; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain is desirable.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in project management.
• First experience in leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with software engineers.
• Flexibility and self-organisation.
• Willingness to travel to clients for significant project milestones.
• Willing to invest in knowledge of business and technical matters.
