Rehabilitation Services Professional - Vocational - Remote

Overview

The Rehabilitation Service Professional Vocational (RSP Voc) is responsible for completing Transferable Skills Analyses (TSAs) to identify appropriate vocational options for RSVP Participants based on their functional capacity, education, training, work history and transferable skills.

In Short

• Conducts Transferable Skills Analyses based on review of Participants’ education, training, and experience.
• Identifies appropriate employment options through the TSA.
• Follows approved processes and program requirements.
• Develops final reports that support conclusions and recommendations.
• Submits reports according to established service standards.
• Complies with program requirements for privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a health professional designation or CVRP.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in rehabilitation services.
• Experience working with persons living with mental or physical health problems.
• Bilingual (French / English) preferred.
