Overview

We are looking for a proactive CSM Intern to support our Customer Success Managers with renewal outreach. This is an entry-level internship wherein the primary responsibility will be to connect with customers via phone, assisting the CSM team in driving renewal conversations.

In Short

Make outbound calls to US-based users during renewal periods and support them through the process.
Maintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and usability across teams.
Assist the CSM team in ensuring smooth and timely renewal processes, along with handling other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Requirements

Someone with 0-1 year of experience, looking to enter the success vertical in the SaaS space.
Good communications and the right energy to collaborate in a fast-growing organisation.

Benefits

This is a 4-month internship opportunity.
The success team works in office from Monday to Thursday & Remote on Friday (430PM to 12AM).
