Privacy Operations Team Lead - Remote

Overview

This hybrid position will be based in our London office. At Wayfair, hybrid for enterprise employees requires a commitment to be in the office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote. We are looking for a highly motivated Privacy Operations Team Lead to support our dynamic global business. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that will directly contribute to global privacy initiatives and help to ensure Wayfair’s privacy program aligns with new and evolving privacy obligations.

• Support and manage efforts to align with privacy and data protection laws.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of privacy operations or compliance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience managing and executing projects.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
