Manager, Corporate Safety & Security Operations - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Corporate Safety & Security Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of Wayfair's employees, facilities, and business operations globally. This position oversees HQ security functions, office safety, executive travel risk management, the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), and travel safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent 5+ years of experience in security operations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong background in critical incident response and threat assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting executive travel and developing threat profiles.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Ability to travel as business needs arise (10-15%).
• Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
