Wander is seeking an experienced performance marketer to lead its paid social and display programs, driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

In Short

• Own and manage paid social and display campaigns end-to-end.
• Develop quarterly channel roadmaps and audience frameworks.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for better ROAS and CAC.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and attribution modeling.

• Explore new ad formats and run pilots for channel expansion.
• 4–7 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present results effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth B2C or marketplace environments.
• Track record of beating ROAS/CAC targets on Meta and other platforms.
• Knowledge of campaign structures and creative best practices.
• Comfort with end-to-end workflow management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, Looker, SQL).
• Communication skills for translating results into clear narratives.
